Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required
Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, clothing items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged. This is our only product category with return restrictions.

- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Ship the item(s) back to our Nashville facility using a trackable shipping method
- Wait for processing – we’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Refund timeline:
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days after approval (processing time depends on your financial institution)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges
