Free Shipping (EMS)
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Free for orders over $50 USD
– Available for most destinations (excluding some remote areas)

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required
Important Clothing Return Restriction:
For safety and hygiene reasons, clothing items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged. This is our only product category with return restrictions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Package securely using the original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
